These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProjectPulse and the https://agiteq.app website, operated by AGITEQ LLC. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may use ProjectPulse only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Professional plan subscriptions are billed monthly at the then-current rate. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate order form or master services agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your order form.

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, continued use of the service requires an active paid subscription unless otherwise agreed.

You retain all rights to the data you connect to ProjectPulse, including repository, sprint, and release metadata. You grant AGITEQ a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AGITEQ retains all right, title, and interest in and to ProjectPulse, including all software, design, and AI models, excluding your customer data.

ProjectPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGITEQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including non-payment or misuse of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email prior to taking effect.
