1. Overview

AGITEQ LLC ("AGITEQ", "we", "us", or "our") operates ProjectPulse, an engineering delivery intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website and product.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, work email, company, and role when you sign up for a trial, request a demo, or contact our team.

Product data: engineering metadata you connect from integrations such as GitHub, Jira, and Azure DevOps, including repository, pull request, sprint, and release information required to power delivery insights.

Usage data: log data, device information, and interaction analytics collected automatically to help us improve reliability and performance.

Website analytics: our website uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure visits, pages viewed, and actions such as demo requests and trial sign-up clicks. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are not tracked with analytics cookies by default. You can opt out anywhere with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve ProjectPulse, generate AI-powered insights, respond to support and sales inquiries, secure our platform, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or engineering data to third parties.

4. AI Processing

ProjectPulse's AI features, including release summaries, root cause analysis, and semantic search, process engineering data you connect in order to generate insights. Where foundation models are used (including via Amazon Bedrock), data is processed under contractual terms that prohibit use of your data to train third-party models.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with subprocessors strictly as needed to deliver the service (for example, cloud infrastructure and AI model providers), and only under confidentiality and data protection agreements consistent with this policy.

6. Data Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, apply role-based access controls, and undergo regular security review. Enterprise customers may request additional detail on our security practices, including SSO and audit logging.
